Abstract:

The Preservation of the Force and Family program addresses gaps in conventional DoD services by providing for SOF-specific operational requirements. POTFF leverages a multi-dimensional yet holistic approach with specialized assets to enhance the physical, psychological, cognitive, spiritual, and social performance of SOF personnel. Open-source software has been used to define and collect metrics for program evaluation for the POTFF program. For each POTFF domain and for affiliated pipelines, SOPs and data governance aligned with industry standards as well as security and data governance guidelines from USSOCOM have been created to build the infrastructure needed to collect and house the metrics used to show effectiveness of the POTFF program on human performance and overall SOF personnel wellbeing. All tools utilized to collect and house the metrics used for program evaluation-data collection, dashboards, and analysis tools-are accessible through the MPOTFF Application Center, an AI automation system built to connect data collection tools to live results in real time. This presentation will demonstrate the MPOTFF Application Center and illustrate the use of the AI automation.
