Abstract:

A discussion on the challenges of addressing labor trafficking in supply chains from the perspective of industry, emerging policy, and international law. The effect of the COVID-19 pandemic on medical supply chains in sample cases will be explored as an example, along with a discussion of challenges to reporting and accountability, remedies and responses from industry and government, and continuing needs to increase visibility and awareness of this issue.
