Statistics contributes greatly to well-being pursuing community development strategy through research and data-informed policy making. The twofold objective of this paper is: (1) comprehending the role statistics plays in providing knowledge for this type of goals (strategy), (2) demonstrating advantage of spatially integrated framework (SIF) proposed to conduct required analysis. The framework consists of the following tasks: (i) operationalization / measurement; (ii) modeling the relationship and factors operating cross community and individual/household levels; (iii) assessing the effectiveness of alternative approaches. It is assumed that georeferenced data allow to deal with the multifaceted phenomena comprehensively – consequently, integration of geo-statistical data from multiplicative sources is a prerequisite of applying such a framework encompassing contextualization of the relations using both Functional Data (FD) accounting for the spatio-temporal dynamics and, on the other hand, studying changes over time using dynamic panel approach. In conclusions the results of both approaches are compared. In summary suggestions concerning further research conclude this paper.
