Abstract:
|
Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) makes good business sense and adds to the value proposition of a company. We will discuss suggestions regarding how to attract and retain talent using an approach that encourages and supports the development of a healthy culture within the workplace. Pharmaceutical biostatistics has some unique challenges, compounded by the current turbulent social environment and complexities due to the pandemic. It is important to tackle these challenges as D&I affects both employee morale and a company’s bottom line. We will discuss advice based on our experience.
