Abstract:
|
While the main goal of adjusting for baseline covariates in randomized clinical trials is often to improve the precision of treatment effect estimation, adjusted methods can also have advantages relative to unadjusted methods in terms of accounting for missing data. This presentation will discuss several recommendations for implementing covariate adjustment in the presence of missing covariates or outcomes.
