Abstract:
|
In this talk we present a new test that compares the treatment effects on survival time when patients enroll following a Poisson process in a multi-center clinical trial. Based on the nonlinear renewal theory, the fully sequential test utilizes the patient entry times for updating the test statistic. We illustrate the method using real-world datasets including chronic granulomatous disease (CGD) and compare the results with the group sequential method. The robustness of the test is evaluated using computer simulation.
