Abstract:

We develop a method to integrate information from multiple views of single-cell omics data measured on the same set of cells and build a consensus cell matrix to allow for identification of cell sub-types via non-negative matrix factorization. We also incorporate graph regularization to preserve geometrical structure of the data and sparsity constraints into our method to account for the inherent sparsity of single-cell data.
