Bayesian statistics provides an attractive theoretical framework for inference. However practical implementation remains limited by the challenge of computing high-dimensional integrals. This talk will present some new ideas that employ asynchronous MCMC sampling in order to deal with very large statistical models. The application focuses primarily on deep neural network models.
