Abstract:
|
The Adolescent Medicine Trials Network for HIV/AIDS Interventions (ATN) research program aims to defeat the rising HIV epidemic among adolescents and young adults in the United States (www.atnweb.org). This topic-contributed session will feature presentations by ATN biostatisticians on analytical challenges and solutions arising from currently ongoing ATN trials. My presentation deals with regression analysis with biomarkers under lower limits of detection applied to data from ATN 071/101, along with the implementation of the methods used in this analysis in the R package lodr, to made available on CRAN.
