Abstract:
|
The practice in fMRI brain imaging is to determine brain activation within a voxel by way of a statistically significant increase in the BOLD signal. This practice ignores valuable information at hand within the voxel about the tissue type contained in the same data. In this work, methods will be explored to utilize both baseline anatomical and differential functional information to determine brain activation.
