Abstract:
|
Parallel flats designs are a flexible class of two-level fractional factorial designs that have a block diagonal information matrix for any model. We present a general method for constructing minimum G-aberration designs from this class. We describe the conditions that ensure that the two-factor interaction model is estimable. We also use this construction beginning with resolution I flats for the construction of a new family of split plot designs. Several interesting examples will be given to illustrate the utility of this construction.
