Abstract:
|
In this talk, I will discuss developments for multivariate point process models for terrorism patterns by multiple terrorist groups. Multivariate non stationary Hawkes process models for spatial as well as spatio-temporal point patterns are developed and applied to fit terrorism attacks in Nigeria. The results for these models are compared to those based on Log-Gaussian Cox process models. Issues with inferences as well as computation will be discussed.
