In this talk I will introduce some most recent development on reproducible large-scale inference for deep neural networks (DNNs) with the idea of knockoffs. In particular, our suggested method of DeepLINK is fully deep learning based for flexible high-dimensional nonparametric inference with controlled error rate and appealing power.
