Graduate education’s primary purpose is to prepare students to be professionals capable of performing their essential job duties and make ethical decisions in an increasingly complex environment. This session will focus on strategies for establishing and enhancing formal training programs for statistics and biostatistics graduate students in ethics, professionalism, and leadership.
