Abstract:
|
Platform trial designs are becoming more and more popular in drug development to select the most active monotherapy or combination therapies and to enable accelerated drug development. New investigational arm(s) can be added, halted or graduated from study seamlessly. Patients enrolled to the control arm at different time points or data from other studies can as non-contemporaneous control data. This presentation will give an example to use a robust mixture prior approach to combine non-contemporaneous control with contemporaneous control dynamically.
