Abstract:
|
Large-sample distributions and their corresponding power and sample size equations are derived for common, nonparametric test statistics in survival analysis. Accrual, survival, and censoring assumptions are flexible, making the present theory useful for designing clinical trials under non-proportional hazards. We illustrate the application of our theory with a real oncology clinical trial.
