At this roundtable we will discuss navigating social media outlets to best manage your online professional presence. Specific topics to be discussed include: 1) The relevance of traditional platforms such as LinkedIn and ResearchGate in the academic and industry settings 2) The benefits of creating a personal website apart from these platforms, as well as the resources available to do so 3) Engaging with the growing statistics and epidemiology community on Twitter 4) Associating (or dissociating) your viewpoints with those of your employer.
