Number of opportunities for biostatisticians in the pharmaceutical industry is growing and more rapidly in the CRO business. While it is challenging to hire and retain the right talent, it is more interesting problem to achieve a successful partnership. At this roundtable, we will discuss case studies and share experiences of successful (and not so successful) partnerships between the CRO and the sponsor biostatisticians.
