Today, the business need for data and analytics is no longer a matter of "if" but rather "how." However, many organizations are still challenged with the lack of maturity needed for data to make a meaningful impact, even while acknowledging its strategic importance. Analytics professionals struggle with how to move the cultural needle in such an environment, often becoming disappointed and frustrated.
In this roundtable session, we will address what it means to have a culture that embraces data and analytics, some critical factors for the development of such culture, and our roles and responsibilities in the change as analytics professionals and executives. The goal of the session is to understand the key elements of the challenge, the tangible first steps needed, and the framework for the approach to change toward an "analytical culture."
