Abstract:

Successfully orchestrating, deploying, and operating multiple global health enterprises requires understanding a rapidly changing world with new challenges that appear every day. In order to understand the needs of customers and stakeholders, successful businessmen must integrate data across multiple streams. Quantitative information obtained from market sales and opposition pricing must be analyzed, interpreted, and categorized with reports on stability and growth opportunities across the globe.

This talk will focus on lessons learned from an entrepreneur that has developed several successful global start-ups related to interpreting information and making decisions in real-time. A couple low cost, scalable data harvesting techniques will be mentioned in relation to their real world application. A focus will be given on ways in which a new and changing global economy creates not only unique challenges but once-in-a-lifetime opportunities for those who can shift through the noise to recognize potential for growth and expansion.
