Abstract:
|
The assessment of the organ dysfunction is a critical tool to evaluate the treatment effect for the patients in ICU during the clinical trial. In fact, several score systems to assess organ dysfunction were proposed and each system differs from the others in large or small ways. This presentation will summary the existing systems and explore a new proposed organ failure score system to improve the accuracy to predict the survival as a surrogate endpoint.
