Title: "Leading at the Entry Level" - Effective Leadership as a Protocol Level Statistician
Author(s): Alison Pedley*
Keywords: Leadership

If you are aspiring to advance your career, you can start thinking, acting and communicating like a leader at the next level from whatever position you currently hold. Even as an entry level protocol level statistician, you can and should be demonstrating leadership within your cross-functional team. As the first talk in this leadership series, I will explore the core competencies needed for effective leadership at the protocol level and describe the skills you will need to ensure you are recognized as someone with great potential by your teams, your project lead, and your management. Learn what things you can do to differentiate yourself from your peers and what skills you need to develop to ensure success in your next level assignment.

Authors who are presenting talks have a * after their name.
