Abstract:

We will present results about adjustments of p-values for pairwise comparisons for identify which one group differs from another group given some situations for a disparity study of sexual transmitted disease (STD). We used the data, 2008 survey of health related behaviors among military active duty personnel for United States (US). The design for the survey is a complex survey with a stratified, two-stage sampling design, which was designed to obtain a well-representative sample of the US military active duty personnel in 2008 for Department of Defense in US. Weighted logistic regression will be used. Several methods for adjustment of p-values will be used. Results and limitations will be discussed.
