Abstract:
|
Multiplicity adjustment is always a challenge to clinical trials, especially when there are complicate correlations and different clinical importance between the hypotheses. Here simulations are performed to compare the performance of different multiple testing procedures (MTPs): Hochberg procedure, weighted Bonferroni test, weighted parametric test, and gatekeeping procedure, etc. Based on the simulation results, some recommendations are made for MTP selection in clinical trial.
