Successful statistical consulting requires a broad range of skills. Deep technical proficiency may be the simplest to acquire and apply. Consultants must also be flexible and inventive in working with a broad range of clients and evolving practice. The panel represents several decades of experience covering a wide variety of statistical consulting practice in industry and academia. Panelist will share their own work over the decades with an aim to provide tips and insights into building and maintaining a successful collaboration.
