Abstract:

In this poster, we will present a Bayesian-Frequentist hybrid sequential design of a single arm study with binary outcome along with its shiny app. The study is success if the number of success meets a pre-defined threshold, or further can be converted to a p-value of a hypothesis test. To monitoring the study, Bayesian predictive probability is calculated after each subject is enrolled. Go/no-go decision will be based on pre-specified threshold of predictive probability. The shiny app will be demonstrated in this poster as well.
