Abstract

No matter the size of data, big or small, graphics play an integral part in data summarization. In this talk, I will discuss my experiences in using graphics for instruction in undergraduate and graduate statistics courses. Various graphical methods will be compared in terms of the amount of data summary, ease of use and comprehension, availability in standard software and student preferences. Recommendations will be made for future graphics developers.
