Fractional imputation has been developed as a general tool for handling missing data in survey sampling. We introduce some basic concepts of fractional imputation and fractional hot deck imputation. New R-package for fractional hot deck imputation will be also introduced. A comparison with multiple imputation will be presented using a real data example.
