Abstract:
|
We consider simultaneous testing of multiple null hypotheses concerning two proportions under different settings using Bayesian approach. We use an intrinsic prior with different choices of priors for the training sample size and a logit-normal prior. We use simulated and real data sets to compare the results obtained by using these priors. Additionally, the results from the Bayesian approach are compared with those of certain commonly used frequentist procedures using simulations and real data sets.
