Abstract:
|
Visiting Nurse Association (VNA) provides crucial health care services to their patients. To improve the quality of the services, we propose to adopt some training interventions for their clinicians as well as allow certain patients to watch informative video about their activities. This can be done using Tine Tag product that helps monitoring the video watch statistics. In this paper we examine if this initiative improves the satisfaction of the patient as well as efficiency of clinicians. For this multiple experiments are conducted. The primary results suggest that use of Tine Tag Video Information improves the quality of health care provided by the clinicians.
