Abstract:
|
Emax models are non-linear models commonly used to assess the dose-response relationship in phase 2 clinical trials. Currently, there is no built-in Emax modelling predefined in JMP software, and the only mean to conduct Emax modelling is to manually build desired models in the nonlinear platform. To ease the troubles of JMP users, the authors automated the modelling process by building a JMP add-in that enables analysts to fit Emax models with tailored options to accommodate different modeling features, and provides informative and interactive analysis reports that allows further customization. Sets of simulate data were tested in the add-in to illustrate its functionality and features.
