Abstract: Key Words: Liver Cancer, BMI, Alcohol.

Liver & intrahepatic bile duct cancer is fifth leading cause of cancer death in United States. Which over a lifetime will affect an estimated one in five American. The American Cancer Society estimated that there were about 39, 230 new cases of liver & intrahepatic bile duct cancer in the United States in the year 2016. About 27,170 people will die of this disease. Liver cancer is more common in men than women, and among Asian/Pacific Islander and American Indian/Alaska Native populations. The number of new cases of liver and intrahepatic bile duct cancer was 8.4 per 100,000 men and women per year based on 2009-2013 cases. Different studies conclude differently if weight, height, and alcohol consumption are Liver cancer risk factors. Using the National Health Interview Survey of 2008-2015 I am looking to find out if there is any relationship between liver cancer and weight, height and alcohol intake.
