Purdue University has received funding from the NSF to support twenty students to conduct statistics research as part of the Sophomore Transitions: Bridges into a Statistics Major and Big Data Research Experiences via Learning Communities(Grant No. 1246818). This project is a year long collaboration between a Purdue student, Purdue professor, and CareDx, Inc. The goal of this project is to provide hands on data analysis training for the student while gaining insight in the biomedical field. This poster will present the Purdue student's findings of the data analysis project in collaboration with CareDx, Inc.
