Abstract:

The availability of imaging, genomics and histopathology data in the public domain can strongly enable the practice of precision medicine. We present some results in integrating imaging and genomics data using radiology & histopathology-derived phenotypic characterization. Using radiology & pathology data, we present the results of our analysis on linking imaging and genomics data (radiogenomics and histomics) from glioblastoma patients of the public Cancer Genome Atlas. This aims to correlate image-derived features with molecular characteristics, thereby creating potential to understand the biological underpinnings of image-derived interpretations. We'll present the results of our ongoing investigations in radiogenomics &and histomics and discuss their relevance for inference of tumor biology.
