Title: Generalized Fiducial Inference for High-Dimensional Sparse Additive Models

Generalized fiduical inference (GFI) is a relatively new tool for conducting statistical inference, although its original form was proposed by Fisher back in the 1930s. In this talk we describe our ongoing work in applying GFI to derive confidence intervals for high-dimensional sparse additive models.
