We have organized genome-wide transcriptomic and regulomic data under a diversity of conditions and cellular states. This data resource is useful in the study of many questions on the gene regulatory network. In this talk we will discuss how to use this data to infer the binding specificity of transcription factors with no known motifs, and to associate regulatory elements to target genes.
