Abstract:
|
Much attention in drug development focuses on the Go/No-Go decision. This is typically the point at which a decision is made to continue a drug or device to the confirmatory stage of development. In this talk we discuss breaking down this decision in to many little "go" decisions rather than a single seminar decision. The advantage is that the resources for the additional information are only collected when there is a need and allows for stronger decisions on dose and frequency to be made. These little go decisions improve the overall decision problem.
