Abstract:
|
Periodically an item is inspected during online process control. Inspections are subject to misclassification and thus the item is subjected to repeat classifications. The decision as to whether the item is judged to be conforming is based on whether a sufficient cluster of classifications judge it as conforming prior to a pre-specified number of nonconforming judgments.
