We present traffic of a multipoint control based on Erlang unit (A variable indicates density of telecom traffic in an hour). To calculate Erlang, one should sum the total minutes of calls per hour and divide by 60 minutes. This dashboard provides a proper assessment for future MCU needs to implement video conferencing tool in the Cloud environment, in addition provides opportunity for technical departments to have high level and detailed observation of MCU traffic. The purpose of this research is to show how creating an analytical MCU traffic dashboard provides sales and marketing departments with detailed customer segmentation. Furthermore transferring of knowledge will not be a bottleneck and learning process among employees will speed up and be more efficient, this also results in a decrease marketing and sales costs, in addition to identifying power customers this business could benefit from.
