Abstract:
|
We often use one dimensional time series plots to examine the vital statistics such as heart rate or oxygen level in the blood. These plots often lack to produce the global picture of unhealthy states. One way to visualize the overall health status could be to use phase plots which not only show the overall health status but also display the interaction between different time series plots. In this research we will investigate the use of phase plots as an indicator of overall health status. For this we plan to apply visual statistical inference to asses the effectiveness.
