Abstract:

There are many methods, for example, sROC, bivariate model, sHROC, to explore the performance of diagnostic test by meta-analysis using sensitivity and specificity. Such summarizing information in meta-analysis are very important to understand we are interesting topic. We only collect small number of paper in discussion with newest medical technology. How could we choice the model to pool information? In this study, we would propose the method by empirical likelihood function to evaluate the diagnostic test operation in small sample and compare with other meta-analysis methods. We provide one method to access which one is suitable method within these methods.
