This paper considers the problem of finding maximum tolerated dose with targeted dose-limiting toxicity rate in drug combination trials. We propose a new Bayesian adaptive design with a novel model featuring (i) adaptive modelling, (ii) self-learning, and (iii) subjectivity free. We demonstrate the superiority of the proposed method by comparison with some popular competing methods.
