Abstract:
|
Abstract: It is well known that one of the biggest challenges for the psychiatric clinical trials is the placebo response. The success of such trials is heavily depending on the performance of placebo. Higher the placebo response, lower the chance of success. There were some newly proposed clinical study designs to mitigate the placebo responses. We will have an evaluation of SPCD design and some alternative designs will be also discussed.
