Title: Comparing High-Dimensional Bernoulli Vectors
Author(s): Reza Modarres*
Companies: The George Washington University
Keywords: Interpoint distance ; Multivariate Bernoulli ; Classification
Abstract:

Based on the squared Euclidean interpoint distances between the observations, we examine several test statistics to determine whether two high-dimensional Bernoulli data sets arise from the same population. We discuss the interpoint distances within and across two groups of Bernoulli observations, obtains their means, variances, covariances and asymptotic joint distribution. A simulation study compares the test statistics under various scenarios.
