Abstract:

We propose a semiparametric approach for learning the structure of high dimensional mixed exponential graphical models. Our approach relies on a statistical chromatography strategy which trades off statistical efficiency with modeling flexibility and computational tractability. Both computational and inferential theory are also provided (This is a joint work with Yang Ning and Zhuoran Yang).
