As the ASA prepares for the celebration of its 175th anniversary in 2014, the Conference on Statistical Practice hosted its 3rd annual conference from February 20-22 in Tampa, FL. While you may already know that the CSP aims to bring together hundreds of statistical practitioners including data analysts, researchers, and scientists who engage in the application of statistics to solve real-world problems on a daily basis, you may not know the history of the conference beginnings. This poster will outline the history of CSP beginning from a 2009 ASA workgroup to the present.
