We examined the performance of students in the same cohort who belonged to a learning community called George Washington Carver program. Our goal was to identify factors affecting students on-time graduation and evaluate whether or not membership in the learning community influenced students' performance. The overarching question is "Does belonging to a learning community enhance students' performance and advance to graduation in four years?"
