Abstract:

In this paper, we consider developing a group sequential procedure for testing multiple hypotheses with a control over the familywise error rate in the strong sense. Our procedure incorporates the dependence structure among the test statistics corresponding to the multiple endpoints under normal distributional setting. Simulation studies show that it is more powerful and provides more reduction of the expected sample sizes compared to its relevant competitors.
