Abstract:
|
Imagine yourself at a university or college, where the demand for statistics courses is outpacing the supply of qualified instructors. Where do you find part-time faculty to teach the "extra" sections when your institution has not given you the full-time faculty to cover this demand? This is a problem that can plague a "second-tier" state university or a small liberal arts college. At this roundtable we will exchange ideas and share strategies for finding the instructors we need. While people seeking answers are welcome, sages with answers are more than welcome!
