Title: Mixture Procedures Using Weighted Multiple Testing Procedures

Abstract:

When conducting clinical trials with multiple objectives, mixture procedures are useful to control the familywise error rate in the strong sense because mixture procedures can be applied for various logical restrictions such as parallel gatekeeping and tree-structured gatekeeping. However, the existing procedures are limited to mixtures of equally weighted multiple testing procedure. In this talk, we propose mixture procedures using weighted multiple testing procedures, such as weighted Bonferroni test and weighted Simes test. As with the existing procedures, proposed procedures can be derived by truncated weighted Holm and truncated weighted Hochberg procedure. A clinical trial example is used to illustrate the proposed mixture procedures.
